All packages require a Non-Refundable Booking Fee of $100 in addition to package price and sales taxes. Also, a Clubhouse Policy Agreement must be signed to complete your reservation. Full payment is required at least 90 days in advance. All sales are final. Cancellations will be reimbursed in golf shop credits only.

Crane Field Clubhouse will accommodate your receptions, wedding ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, banquets and parties. The clubhouse interior is elegantly decorated to save you strenuous set up time. We are known for our beautiful tile work and indoor copper motifs. The interior is a warm and inviting venue for brides, grooms, and their guests. (Much more classy than a gymnasium or rec. center!) The outdoor golf course setting is a very pleasing scene, with lush, green surroundings. Great for photos. We can also provide golf and driving range buckets to entertain family members after the reception.

Q. Can I bring in outside catering?
A. Yes. You have the option to bring in outside caterer of your choice. With the exception of alcohol. We carry a State beer license that requires us to sell directly. You cannot sell alcohol to your guests, in other words, but you can order it before hand from us.
Q. What is your alcohol Policy?
A. We allow alcohol to be served at your event, but only beer, and you must buy from us, as required by state law. (Wine or champaign may be used for wedding toasts, but no alcohol may be sold to guests. Contact us for more information.)
Q. What rooms do you have available to rent?
A. Depending on the dates available, we have a great hall at Crane Field for hosting wedding ceremonies and large receptions of up to 200 persons.
Q. Do you have a kitchen.
A. Yes, we have a preparation space with microwave, sink, freezer, refrigerator and counter space. We also have ice, and fountain drinks add-ons available. The kitchen does not have an oven, stover or any other cooking appliances.
Q. When is Crane Field Open to tour?
A. During the regular season, (when there is not snow on the ground) the clubhouse is open dawn to dusk every day of the week. Please contact us for an appointment to tour the building if we are closed for the winter.
Q. When is the clubhouse available to rent?
A. All year long, minus any days we already have events scheduled – such as golf tournaments and other weddings. Events must end by 10PM.
Q. What’s your cancellation policy?
A. Due to the nature of popular wedding dates, there is no refund of money upon cancelation or rescheduling. All sales are final, in other words. If you need to cancel and already paid in full, we can issue you a Credit to use on future building rental or golf green fees.
Q. What kind of payment plans do you have?
A. Full payment of the deposit is required at booking. We can accept additional payments until 90 days before the event, at which time, full payment is required. Cash and most other forms of payment including credit cards and online payments are accepted.
Q. How do I finalize my booking to lock in my event date?
A. You can do most of the process online if you are ready to make full payment. You can also make credit card payments over the phone and in person at the clubhouse. If you need to make partial payments you will need to set up a schedule by phone or in-person.
Q. Can we leave things at the clubhouse overnight?
A. You should make arrangements to have all rental items and gifts removed at the end of your time block. We can not be responsible for items or vehicles left over or after your time block ends.
Q. Can we come early to decorate or drop things off?
A. Only during the time block you have rented. If you need extra time to decorate or set things up, you will need to rent extra time blocks. We will have the tables and chairs set up and ready for your flower suppliers and other helpers to decorate. Additional charges will be added to your credit card if there are early arrivals and/or late departures. (See terms.)
Q. What music and video/slide show options are included?
A. We have a large flat screen TV with hookups for DVD/Blu-ray players and music from MP3 players and phones. The TV will also play thumbdrive slideshows that are all in JPG format in the same file folder. (It will also play some MP4 video.) The building has WI-FI, but we recommend a hard copy of whatever media you want to play. We also have a microphone and amplifier for speeches. It also has bluetooth for playing music.
Q. Are there restrictions on the type of decorations we can bring?
A. Yes, to protect the building we do not allow certain things such as confetti, silly string, rice, burlap, and things that make messy particles. We also do not allow candles or open flames. And we frown upon tape – we cannot have things stuck to the walls or used to stick to furniture, appliances, furniture, glass and so forth.
Q. What is included with my block reservation?
A. Every reservation includes tables, chairs, disposable table clothes, kitchen prep room, use of the audiovisual equipment, wifi, setup, takedown, easels, drapes, and golf cart for photos if needed.
Q. Does it have to be a wedding reception or I can book for other events?
A. We can do all sorts of events including wedding ceremonies, anniversaries, dinners, elopements, Christmas parties, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelor(ette) parties, birthdays, and so forth. Call for special rates for small groups and senior groups over age 55.
Q. What other upgrades or services do you have available?
A. We can rent our soda fountain machine for dinners or refreshments. It dispenses 6 different Coke products including Sprite for punchbowl mixes. We also have “Candy Buffet” or “Popcorn Buffet” or “Soda Can Buffet” for the more casual events. If you need suggestions we great list of ideas and vendors to help you. We have ice available and can get most beer products.
Q. Do you have any kind of discounts available?
A. We do for events that on the off-peak times. (During the winter months, December-February. Monday-Thursdays, and Sundays. Also, charity groups, small groups, and senior groups over age 55 can get special rate reductions.
