2018 Job Postings

If you are looking ahead to next year's golf season, here are the 2018 positions we will have available. Interviews are typically held at the end of February.  Jobs typically start in March or April of each year and end in October or November.


2018 Irrigation Technician 

Full Time or Part Time, Seasonal. Both locations. Wages are negotiable depending on experience and certifications. Job tasks include assisting the Superintendent with repair and maintenance of the golf courses sprinkler systems and pumping equipment; and assisting with general course maintenance as needed. Trouble shooting and hands-on repair and replacement of sprinkler heads, pvc pipe, low voltage wiring, valves, and controllers. Completing season-end winterization of pumps and irrigation pipes. Learning and scheduling with the central computer software. (Duties listed above are not a complete list of all responsibilities and skills required or performed by employees in this position.) Training will be provided.

2018 Assistant Greenskeeper / Assistant Superintendent

Full Time or Part Time. Remuda Golf Course. Wages are negotiable depending on experience and certifications. 
Assisting the grounds superintendent with care of greens and the rest of the golf course. Including irrigation maintenance, turf grass maintenance, coordinating with other employees, and typical day to day operations. Must be comfortable with hand labor, such as using hand  tools, operating mowing equipment, replacing sprinklers, greens maintenance, general course repair, and supervising projects as needed. Must possess no chemical allergies or outdoor allergies that would interfere with daily tasks.

2018 Clubhouse Assistant / Pro Shop Assistant

Full Time or Part Time, Seasonal. Both locations. Wages are negotiable depending on industry experience, certifications, licensing, or permits attained. Specific positions include shift superviser, front desk cashier, course starter, housekeeping, and snack bar attendant, and cart/range attendant. Some positions require applicants to have a food handlers permit and/or a Utah alcohol server permit. All positions require a valid Utah drivers license.

2018 Clubhouse Manager / Pro Shop Manager

Full Time or Part Time, Seasonal. Crane Field location. Wages are negotiable depending on golf experience, administrative experience, management experience, and education. Specific responsibilities include employee supervision, training, and management. Shop and food Inventory management. Coordination of tee time reservations, event supervision, and building reservations. Coordination of clubhouse maintenance and housekeeping. Other administrative and clerical responsibilities. New hires will be required to have a food handlers permit and Utah alcohol server permit. All positions require a valid Utah drivers license. 

2018 Snack Bar 

Full Time or Part Time, 10am to 3pm shifts. Seasonal. Remuda location. Must be availalbe a minimum of three months during the summer. Weekends and weekday shifts. Wages are negotiable depending on food and beverage experience, cooking experience, cleaning experience, permits held, and education. Specific responsibilities include preparation and cooking of snack bar food and stocking of product on shelves, keeping eating areas tidy, and kitchen area compliant with codes of cleanliness. Coordination with clubhouse manager and food distributors required. We will train and help new hires obtain food handlers permit and Utah alcohol server permit. All positions require a valid Utah drivers license and previous experience.

2018 Carts and Driving Range Assistant

Full Time or Part Time, Morning, Evening, or Split Shifts. Seasonal. Either Location. Weekends and weekdays. Wages are negotiable depending on cleaning experience, golf experience, certifications, and licensing. Specific responsibilities include moving and washing golf carts. Picking the driving range and washing the balls, and other various cleaning assignments. Coordination with superintenent and clubhouse manager are required. All positions require a valid Utah drivers license. Previous experience required.

  • Shifts usually include some weekends and holidays. Shifts may be early morning to afternoon, and/or afternoon to night fall. 20-40 hour average work week.  
  • Must have hand usage and be able to complete required tasks. 
  • Must be self-motivated to work under little or no supervision if required. 
  • Experience in the golf, sales, or hospitality industry preferred but not required.  
  • Applicants must supply proof of a valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s license, and a valid U.S. Social Security number. 
  • New employees will be subject to a 90 day probationary period.
  • Background check or drug screening may be required for new hires.
  • The majority of seasonal job interviews are conducted and filled in February and March each year. (Although we will consider outstanding applicants at any time during the year.)
